JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for market research, requirement analysis, requirement management and product design, write MRD, BRD, PRD, follow up requirement scheduling and development, testing progress, to ensure that the requirements on schedule and quality and quantity online
- Monitor operation data, enrich operation tools, plan operation activities, continuously explore user value on the basis of user insight, and be responsible for user growth, conversion and retention
- Pay attention to the industry development trend and the trend of competing products, regularly complete regular research and special research on demand, and apply the research results to product optimization
- Other product and operation related work
REQUIREMENTS
- Experience in overseas financial lending products is a plus, and experience in cash advance products is preferred
- 2-5 years of experience in Internet products, overseas project experience is preferred, overseas APP shelves and in-shelf management experience is preferred
- Proficient in the use of tools such as MS Office, Axure, Xmind, Visio, Sketch, etc.; and
- Good at thinking differently, good at thinking from the user's point of view, attaching importance to user experience
- Membership system, integral system, station letter, activity center and other project experience is preferred
- Responsible, proactive, able to work in a team and independently, resilient and flexible, with efficient execution and strong stress tolerance.
- English reading and writing are ok, good speaking is a plus
