Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and operations to define product requirements and roadmap tailored specifically for the Thailand market.
- Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis specific to Thailand to deeply understand customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape in both business and personal lending sectors. Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in digital lending and fintech relevant to the Thailand market.
- Develop a thorough understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance standards relevant to digital lending in Thailand. Drive the end-to-end product development process from ideation through to launch and post-launch optimization, ensuring alignment with local market dynamics and regulatory framework.
- Define and prioritize features based on business and customer impact, conducting detailed cost-benefit analysis as needed.
- Utilize strong technical knowledge and experience in solution design for financial services or fintech products to guide the development of robust and scalable digital lending solutions.
- Monitor product performance in the Thailand market closely, and gather user feedback to iterate and enhance products. Work closely with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and culturally relevant interfaces that resonate with Thai users.
- Develop and communicate clear product documentation, including specifications, wireframes, and user stories, taking into account local language and cultural nuances.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience (7-10 years) as a Product Manager or similar role in a fintech or digital lending company, with a strong focus on the Thailand market.
- Deep understanding of Thailand's digital lending landscape, including market dynamics, customer behaviour, and regulatory environment.
- Technical proficiency and experience in end-to-end solution design for financial services or fintech products.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Thai, with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making and problem-solving.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
