Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities
- Develop and execute product strategies aligned with business goals and market trends.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product specifications and features.
- Drive the development and lead the creation and implementation of marketing plans and campaigns.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to drive product awareness and engagement.
- Conduct market analysis insight by monitoring market trend and other competitive activities.
- Support sales teams with product knowledge and training.
- Ensure product-related activities adhere to regulatory guidelines.
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in pharmacy or related field; MBA or advanced degree is advantage.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in pharmaceutical product management or related with Infectious portfolio.
- Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, including regulatory requirements and market dynamics.
- Exceptional strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and work collaboratively.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Strong command of both written and spoken English.
