The Opportunity
Product Managers at Honest oversee the development of cutting-edge fintech solutions. They collaborate closely with cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, data scientists, and credit analysts to develop insights, create strategies, and execute work.
We seek experienced product management leaders with a proven track record of successful, large-scale, customer-facing digital products. Ideal candidates should be entrepreneurial, comfortable defining strategies for complex product areas, and hands-on with writing requirements and analyzing data.

Product Manager Responsibilities
- Partner with product and engineering leadership, including our founders & CTO, to set the vision, strategy, and roadmaps for our products
- Drive product development for new features and entirely new products by leading ideation, technical development, and go-to-market planning
- Build strong relationships with internal and external partners to align requirements and reduce velocity bottlenecks
- Optimise products by conducting rigorous experiments and driving product and customer research
- Communicate progress, value, and blockers to the wider business, including executive leadership, through precise written and verbal communication
- Maximise efficiency in a constantly evolving environment where the processes are fluid and creative solutions are the norm
Minimum Qualifications
- Over 5 years of product management experience
- Demonstrated success in building apps that delight customers
- Proven ability to take initiative and work independently to achieve goals
- Strong experience in analyzing data to generate insights and identify issues
- Proficient in using project management tools (e.g., Linear, Jira) and data analysis tools (e.g., Mixpanel, Amplitude)
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Expertise in designing and executing well-constructed A/B experiments
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA or Masters
- Consumer banking experience
- Proficient in SQL for data analysis
