Product Manager

Our company is one of the largest and fastest growing digital consumer finance companies in Indonesia and is now expanding its footprint in Thailand. We are looking for Product Manager to join our team.

Our Tools Product Squad is responsible for orchestrating proper alignment across the organization (Business Development, Operations, Finance, etc), playing an integral role in aligning internal operations, supporting overall strategy and accelerating product growth. We are looking for a well rounded Product Manager to be assigned to this squad. The shortlisted candidates will be the ones that can connect the dots between individual stakeholder needs to craft business's internal product strategy.

With the support of Senior Management in Jakarta and Singapore, you will be part of a tight small group of highly motivated and experienced individuals to make this happen, be prepared to stretch yourself by leading multiple high impact, high visibility initiatives! You will also be one of the first hires for the Company in Thailand and have amazing opportunities ahead of you.

About the role:

• Design and enhance products that empower employees to achieve optimal performance.
• Foster strong relationships across various departments, including Operations, Finance, Sales, and Marketing.
• Partner closely with the Collection Team Lead to optimize collection tools in the system
• Define product strategy, prioritize features, and build consensus while coordinating with engineers and designers to deliver high-quality experiences to internal teams.
• Integrate user research, data analysis, and stakeholder feedback into product requirements, ensuring the final product meets user needs.
• Lead exploratory investigations to identify new opportunities, develop hypotheses, and transform them into actionable projects.

About you:

• A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Product Manager and/or Project Manager, preferably in a startup environment.
• A solid technical background, particularly with SQL queries, is a plus.
• Strong, structured communication abilities, with an emphasis on clarity and precision.
• A keen intuition for user behavior and needs.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• A self-starter with robust project management skills, capable of driving projects to successful execution.
