Responsibilities:
- Develop, execute, and oversee project plans to deliver on-time and within budget.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (development, designer, marketing, sales, support) for project success.
- Monitor project progress, manage risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Manage resources effectively and prioritize tasks based on business impact.
- Define and maintain product vision and roadmap, aligned with business goals.
- Gather user feedback, analyze market trends, and incorporate stakeholder input.
- Prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with timelines and resources.
- Collaborate with development teams to meet acceptance criteria.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze user feedback to improve the overall user experience, collaborate with designer teams.
- Use data-driven insights to make decisions and adjust strategies.
- Analyze KPIs to track success and recommend improvements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, IT, Innovation, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in Project Management and/or Product Owner roles.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and experience with project management tools (JIRA, Trello, Asana, etc.).
- Familiarity with software development and UX/UI best practices.
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, analytical and data-driven skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Ability to work well in a very fast-moving environment with tight schedules (issues that require attention can occur at unusual hours).
- Proficient in working with numbers and data organization, especially with Google Analytics, MS Excel or Gsheet.
- Passion for Thai entertainment industries is a plus.
