Responsibilities
- Create business models and analyze competitive landscape
- Develop and monitor data-driven analytics
- Mentor employees to help them achieve individual & team objectives
- To focus on Retail Software Product Business Marketing & Development - Pan India. (PetroSoft India & AdatSoft, Trading Software)
- To handle team, generate sales from tele calling, field sales & channel partners.
- To handle retail business MIS part.
- To make sale & marketing planning / offer / sales kit / presentations / digital marketing / strategy
- To set process, training to sales team and daily reporting.
- Responsible for managing the sales team, training to new team member.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent 3+ years of experience in Product Management, Engineering, or Consulting
- Strong written, verbal and collaboration skills
