Role Description
- Market analysis and competition targeting: Consistently assess market conditions and competition, identifying trends that impact the market.
- Develop and manage marketing plans to increase sales and brand awareness.
- Participation in marketing and sales planning: Contribute to annual marketing and sales planning, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Collaborate with engineering and product manufacturing teams to gain deep understanding of products and emphasize unique selling points.
- Coordinate with marketing teams to create and refine marketing content such as brochures, videos, blogs, and presentations to support sales and marketing efforts.
- Engage with customers, reaching out to end-users and distributors to understand their needs and how products can meet those needs.
- Partner with sales teams to provide necessary support and training on products.
- Monitor product performance, track business metrics such as sales, volume, profit, and market share, assess product quality, and participate in market and competition analysis, marketing and sales planning, customer engagement, and product performance tracking.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or related field, with additional qualifications in marketing or business being advantageous.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
- Excellent English language skills in communication, writing, and reading.
- Own a car and able to travel internationally.
- Deep understanding of relevant markets and market trends, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers, partners, and internal teams.
- Ability to work closely with technical and sales teams to ensure product offerings meet market demands and company objectives.
- Detail-oriented and adept at researching business-related information.
- Ability to analyze and think strategically.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
