Our Client, a global market leading company from Europe is looking for a Product Marketing Manager. The ideal candidate should possess background from FMCG/ Pharmaceutical industry with experience covering mutiple categories.
Job Description:
- Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies that align with market needs and support the achievement of country five-year plans.
- Lead the NPI process to ensure the timely and effective launch of new products.
- Optimize portfolio value through strategic pricing and portfolio management.
- Drive market share growth by developing and implementing effective pricing strategies
- Enhance brand visibility through the creation of comprehensive communication toolkits, including digital assets and point-of-sale materials.
- Monitor market performance using retail and panel data to track brand metrics and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of operational decisions with portfolio strategies and maximize asset value.
- Develop and implement market intelligence plans to gain insights into customer needs and preferences.
- Ensure effective campaign execution by supporting campaign development and monitoring.
- Actively participate in country and regional portfolio leadership teams to contribute to strategic decision-making.
- Build and maintain a strong portfolio plan that is aligned with key segments and refreshed annually.
Requirements:
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of market dynamics and the ability to anticipate and adapt to changing trends.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Experience in FMCG or Pharmaceutical industry is preferred
- Exhibit excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Strong command of the English language.
- Develop and implement effective product life cycle and brand strategies.
- Build strong relationships with customers and channel partners.
