Product Owner, ALive Website & Internal Tools
As the Product Owner for the ALive website and content management system, you will own the product roadmap for ALive's web-based front-end and back-end publishing platform. You will work closely with peers in design, technology, business development, marketing and project management to set priorities and ensure a smart, ambitious product vision.
Responsibilities:
Establish priorities and develop a strategy for ALive website and content management systems.
Own the overall product plan and roadmap.
Iterate with design and insights teams on research and market analysis to integrate new and innovate product requirements into roadmap that enhance user satisfaction
Partner with the entire build team (design, engineering, product) to establish requirements that deliver the best possible user experience.
Collaborate with ALive's Business Development, UXUI, Marketing, member partnership and project management teams to ensure that all new opportunities are evaluated, tested and rolled out together.
Define metrics and systems to track product performance. Clearly communicate performance and use data to evaluate and prioritize roadmap.
Contribute to a culture of collaboration and inclusion across all disciplines.
Qualifications:
8-10 years product management experience, specifically, experience with data driven product development, strong product craft, and a technical background (with previous experience building and setting vision for platform products)
4+ years of experience with payments in digital media, content management systems, internal tools, or e-commerce.
Have a genuine interest in building user centric platform products and solving complex problems.
Be an excellent communicator and storyteller, communicating concepts and ideas to stakeholders at all levels, in different shapes depending on the context
Experience in crafting clear product requirements based on research, data and insights.
Be able to influence decision-making at all levels within an organization, and in a variety of contexts
Excellent leadership, relationship building and influencing skills.
Highly collaborative and you thrive working in cross-functional teams.
Be able to inspire, motivate and support a team to get things done
Experience leading and working with agile development teams.
