Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the creation and maintenance of training materials.
  • Conduct training sessions for new and existing employees on subscription products and services.
  • Support the Product Training Manager in organizing and scheduling training programs.
  • Gather feedback from trainees to improve training content and delivery methods.
  • Collaborate with the product development team to stay updated on new features and updates.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of training programs.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in any related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in training, or a related role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic understanding of subscription-based business models is a plus.
