Job Description

  • Inspection of all types of raw material.
  • Inspection of Per Heat melting and holding (Rod) Polish.
  • View of Chemical Composition per Heat
  • View of Raw Material Quality in per Heat
  • Updating the Dross Data in Dross Board per heat
  • 5'S Manage in entire plant
  • View unsafe point and take action in plant
  • Manpower handling
  • Prepare Production Data Shift Wise.
  • Checking the quality as per customer specification Handling Break Down.
  • Ensuring Dispatch of Material On Time Give Training on 5'S and safety.
  • Maintenance of total productivity in plant (TPM).
