You are a key member of the S
ervices Management team in the Primary Project Interface for all depot-based activities with the
Pink & Yellow Project Team and the
Customer's Representative and lead the Safety culture required to ensure Zero LTA's. Day-to-day. You'll work closely with teams across the business to ensure the delivery of the Contractual Obligations to the Customer and much more.
You'll specifically take care of
ensuring consistent application of procedures and providing regular reports (KPI's) for onsite activities., but also ensuring that on shore routine Vehicle Testing and Commissioning is performed in compliance with Pink & Yellow Line contract requirements, laws, rules, regulations and standards
We'll look to you for:
- Responsible for managing the maintenance execution team, Health and Safety processes (AZDP) in order to achieve and maintain a safe and efficient working environment
- Delivering the agreed maintenance and service schedule and plan to ensure the trains in the depots are ready for use and despatched in line with the customer requirements.
- Ensuring that Maintenance activities are carried out in timely, logical and cost effective manners and follow the Maintenance plan requirements.
- Ensuring efficient allocation of resources to execute the day to day planning with constant monitoring of hours allocation, staff assiduity/attendance, overtime, rosters, annual leave, etc
- Ensuring all Maximo records are keep updated and with the required level of information to ensure traceability of information.
- Budget management and budget adherence.

- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- 5 to 7 years experience in Maintenance Management, Rolling stock T&C Management and Overhaul Management, Depot Equipment Delivery and/or Maintenance, Track Switches Delivery and/or Maintenance
- Knowledge of railway safety and railway maintenance
