What this role involves:
Partnering with the business and HR Teams
Do you like partnering with different stakeholders to support HR projects This role requires you to partner with the HR team and the relevant business units to support a wide range of projects across Talent Management, Staffing / Recruiting, Employee Relations, Compensation and Business Planning. You'll also be supporting the annual performance management processes by educating managers and employees, driving analysis of completion rates and encouraging thoughtful participation in the process.
Supporting Work Dynamics - IFM Business and Country HRBP
Working closely with an HR Business Partner, you will provide support in the execution of the overall people strategy. This could include providing advice on performance issues, HR analytics, supporting on the requisition process, or even working with Risk & Legal.
A key collaborator, you'll be the point of contact for all queries from management and employees from within our IFM business. You'll engage our subject matter experts within the HR Centres of Expertise and HR Business Services to help resolve queries and any employee data issues.
As our IFM business continues to grow, you will support them by:
- Coordinating with our Talent Acquisition team in Manpower Planning and Movement,
- Coordinating with L&D team in develop trainings for IFM employees,
- Driving the employee engagement, robust succession plans and developing internal talent,
- Supporting managers and employees to completion Performance Management among IFM team
- Coaching and assisting managers through the process to manage any disciplinary or performance issues with employees ensuring fairness, consistency, and adherence to process and legislation,
- Strategize and set goals as agreed with IFM Department Heads on recruitment, retention, L&D, Talent management, succession plans, and exit interviews.
- Assisting in the creation and delivery of analytics, trends, feedback and other data to improve operational excellence within the HR team and our processes.
Understanding Business Needs
To succeed in this role, you need to develop a good understanding of the business strategy, P&L, key initiatives and leadership priorities. You'll access our internal networks and pull on your previous HR experience to advocate best practices and support development and execution of strategy, policy and practice, and business initiatives. This would also mean supporting the growth strategy, including M&A, of the business by providing tactical HR support during bid, acquisition, and restructuring including re-deployment and RIF paperwork.

Proven Track Record
Do you thrive in a fast paced HR environment Do you have experience working with the wider HR organization Educated in an HR pursuit, you will also need at least 5 years experience of working closely with HRBPs and other functional HR teams.
Working in such a dynamic team will require strong analytics and business/commercial acumen, a client focus, and the ability to support the organization to drive new business.
Effective Communication Skills
An advisor must have the ability to advise management teams. You will need strong written and verbal communication skills in English. You should be comfortable communicating with all levels across the business.

It can be a challenge navigating through a complex, multi-faceted organization with multiple stakeholders, as well as adapting to changing business priorities. You will need to be agile in how you adapt your approach to shifting business scenarios.
