Position : Program Manager (Support Japanese Customer)
Location : Ayutthaya
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for providing responsive after-sales service to customers by managing the overall progress of the introduction and production of their products
- Be a primary contact for all customers administrative interface
- Lead customer team and communicate for all requirements and translate the requirement from customer to team member for the successful result which meet or exceed customer expectation
- Coordinate internally to ensure customer demands and needs are met
- Coordinate with the customer to provide the factory with enough required information to execute the plan
- Continuously drive down overall business operating cost by mean of tracking and executing pre-defined business key performance indicators
Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in any field.
- At least 6-8 years experience in Program management
- Mature, Business, and customer service oriented
- Computer literate, very good command of written and spoken English.
- Proficiency in English and Thai.
- Available to work at Hi-Tech Industrial Estate, Ayutthaya
