They are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Manager to join their ever-expanding and dynamic team. As a Program Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and driving the successful execution of supply chain, New Product Introduction (NPI), and telecommunication projects. Your ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage project timelines, and ensure seamless project delivery will be instrumental in their continued success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Leadership: Leading and managing supply chain, NPI, with projects across multiple industries i.e telecommunications, from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Procurement and Finance, to drive project success.
- Supply Chain Expertise: Applying your supply chain knowledge to optimize procurement, logistics, and inventory management within projects, ensuring on-time delivery of components and materials.
- NPI Management: Overseeing New Product Introduction (NPI) projects, coordinating all activities from design to production, with a focus on quality and time-to-market.
- Document Management: Organizing and be able to manage tenders and documents of all projects.
- Risk Management: Identifying potential risks and developing mitigation strategies to ensure project success and minimize disruptions.
- Budget and Cost Control: Managing project budgets, tracking expenses, and making cost-effective decisions to meet financial objectives.
- Quality Assurance: Ensuring that projects meet the highest quality standards, adhering to industry regulations and company policies.
- Reporting: Generating regular reports and updates on project status, risks, and achievements for senior management and stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Western educated or work experience outside of Thailand is preferable, due to the client being a MNC.
- Bachelor's degree in Electronics or engineering, MBA preferred.
- Proven experience in program management, particularly with PCBA and box build.
- Strong knowledge of supply chain processes and principles.
- Proven ability to manage tenders and documents.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional teams and deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Knowledge of EMS standards and regulations.
- Business level English and Japanese is a must
