Job Summary
The Programme Officer will work closely with CEO and Head of Inclusive Employment Department and collaborate with internal teams, partners, and stakeholders to ensure effective delivery of projects aligned with Steps mission and objectives. The role requires a proactive and organised individual with strong project management skills.
Job Responsibilities
- To manage the detailed day-to-day aspects of multiple projects, follow up on operation plans for new programmes, measure progress and efficacy.
- Assist in the development and delivery of programmes and activities in accordance with the mission and goals of the organisation, as well as meeting donor, client or partner needs.
- Assistance in the delivery of programmes to include, but not limited to events, visits to Steps, workshops, training sessions, NWRC events, university/other types of visit and advocacy campaigns.
- Coordinate with all relevant Business Units and Departments to follow up on tasks, receive updates, provide operational support, and ensure each project is on track.
- Monitor project progress and performance, identify risks and challenges, and propose solutions to address them.
- Communicate with external stakeholders to ensure strong engagement, clarity on responsibilities/deliverables, timelines, and any ad-hoc support and administration required.
- Help to collect feedback from stakeholders which can inform the development of our programmes as well as enable us to make new ones.
- Assist Programme Manager in preparation of programme funding proposals and donor/impact reports.
- Ensure goals are met in areas including stakeholder satisfaction, safety, quality, and team member performance.
- Under the guidance of the Programme Manager and CEO, build and maintain strong relationships with project partners, stakeholders, and beneficiaries.
- Collect and analyse data on key performance indicators, and prepare reports to assess the effectiveness of programmes.
- Track budgets and ensure the effective and efficient use of resources.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business or similar relevant field
- Experience coordinating multiple projects
- Strong written and verbal command of Thai and English
- Project management skills.
- Relationship management skills.

- Risk management experience.
