Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Architect to join our team at Sahanas Creations. As a Project Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing the architectural design and construction of various projects, including apartments, villas, resorts, hotels, institutions, corporate offices, and factory offices. You will work closely with our clients to understand their vision and requirements, and collaborate with our talented team of architects and interior designers to create innovative and functional designs. This is a full-time position based in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture and Interior Designing IS MUST
- Mid-Level: 4 to 6 years of experience as a Project Architect, preferably in the field of interior design and architectural design
- Proficiency in CAD software and other architectural design tools LIKE SKETCH UP, V RAY, LUMION, PHOTOSHOP OTHER PRESENTATION TOOLS
- IMMEDIATE JOINING CANDIDATE WILL BE GIVEN PREFERANCE.
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction processes
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Leadership skills and the ability to work collaboratively with teams
- Professional licensure or certification is a plus
Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the architectural design and construction process from concept to completion
- Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and develop design proposals that meet their vision
- Create detailed architectural drawings, plans, and specifications using CAD software
- Coordinate with internal teams, including interior designers, engineers, and contractors, to ensure seamless project execution
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and quality standards
- Monitor project progress, identify and resolve any issues or delays, and provide regular updates to clients and stakeholders
- Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources effectively
- Conduct site visits to oversee construction and ensure adherence to design and quality standards
- Stay updated with the latest trends, technologies, and materials in the field of architecture
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior architects and interns
