We have requirement of Project Co-coordinator (Civil) for one of our leading client a Project Management Consultancy Firm for Ahmadabad Location.

Position: Project Co-coordinator

Qualification: Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering

Experience: 5-7 years for Diploma holder & 3-5 Years for Degree holders in Residential & Commercial Projects.

Work Timing: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM (Sunday Off)

Job description:

Coordinate between client & project engineers & contractors.

Conceptual design & development of projects as per the input.

Controlling projects from start to finish.

Act as a (SPOC) for the various construction sites in reference to drawings.

Ensure all works are carried out to specific standards, building codes, guidelines, regulations

Site visit during slab casting, brick work, layout, finishing etc.

Facilitate selection of materials and obtaining final approval of management.

Prepare project schedules, track, manage the site progress and report to management.

Coordinate efforts across entire project between architects, designers, engineers, consultants, contractors and other stakeholders.

Required Skills:

Proficient in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD

Strong Communication and project management skill

Presentation skills

Multitasking and Time management skill
