Project Coordinator

Position: Project Coordinator (New Factory Setup Project)

Reports to: Supply Chain Director

Location: Bang Bo District, Samut Prakan province, Thailand

PRIMARY OBJECTIVE

Be a part of a dynamic team dedicated to the new factory set up in Thailand. Under the direction of the supervisor, be responsible for all activities related to new factory setup. Coordinate with other function members from Opertions, Supply Chain, HR and Admin, etc., to ensure well execution of planned tasks.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist the Supply Chain Director to all activities related to factory setup;

Ensure that all tasks are implemented timely;

Liason with local authorities as a focal point for the company; Read, analyze, and interpret general business documents, procedures, or governmental regulations;

Recognize potential issues and address concerns, and to communicate this information to the concerned parties when appropriate;

Develop and maintain effective working relationships by providing proactive support to other function members;

Be responsible for all the administration work of the factory during the initial stage, and ensures the smooth implemention of factory and production line setup;

Offer support & services to overseas supporing team in Thailand and control the cost;

Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor degree or above;

Good interpersonal and communication skill. Mature, dynamic and tactful personality;

Meticulous attention to details. Strong work ethic, integrity, cooperative and self-motivated;

Ability to coordinate multiple responsibilities simultaneously, stay focused on deadlines, and handle complex projects efficiently.

Exceptional organizational skills; ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, set goals, and develop systems for achieving those goals.

Fluent in English both in writing and speaking.
