Role Description

As a Project Coordinator at Peace Please. You will combine Psychology and Business together to explore new opportunities in the mental health field. Working alongside founders, you will learn from the best in business and psychology. At Peace Please, we believe that everyone can get better. This is a full-time role for a Project Coordinator. The Project Coordinator will be responsible for planning, overseeing, and documenting all aspects of projects for Peace Please Studio. This includes creating project timelines, managing resources, and communicating project status to stakeholders. The Project Coordinator will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are executed on-time, within scope, and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Psychologists to create course outlines and run workshops.
• Coordinate with Partners to support the events.
• Monitor Project deliverables.
• Social media & Website content writings.
• Graphic Design briefs
• Update relevant stakeholders or team members on the project progress.
• Other duties as assign

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field
• 2+ years of experience in related field
• Communicate in Thai and English.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Collaborative mindset and ability to work with cross-functional teams
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in the mental health industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Psychology is a plus
• New graduates are welcome.
