Position: Project Director
Department: Business Development / Investment
Reporting to: CEO / Managment Level
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the CEO: Work closely with the CEO to support strategic initiatives, providing insights and recommendations on emerging trends, business opportunities, and potential investments to drive business growth.
- Project Planning and Management: Lead the planning and integration of complex projects across multiple teams within the organization to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Investment Strategy Development: Propose and develop investment strategies that align with Global Trends and Mega Trends that could impact the business.
- Trend Monitoring and Analysis: Study and keep up with emerging trends, such as Cryptocurrency and Blockchain, to incorporate strategic planning adjustments.
- Business Networking and Expansion: Explore market opportunities and joint ventures to expand business networks and access financial resources.
- Team Leadership and Development: Support the development of team members, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge, especially in business development and investment.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in relevant fields, such as Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related areas.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in a project management role or similar positions within Business Development and Investment.
- Knowledge and understanding of Cryptocurrency, Blockchain, Global Trends, and Mega Trends.
- Strong strategic thinking, negotiation, and professional presentation skills.
- Passion for keeping up with new trends and adapting to changes in the global market.
- Proven ability to work effectively with executive leadership and provide strategic support.
