Project Management (Business Partner)
-Develop sales growth and new sales channels for the company, particularly in the distributor (Distributor) segment.
-Work closely with executives, learning and developing the companys business model.
-Act as the Project Owner, proposing ideas/solutions for business development.
Job Description
-Develop strategies to increase sales, grow the business, and identify new sales channels for the company, particularly in the distributor segment.
-Evaluate project feasibility, such as profitability and cost-effectiveness.
-Collect and analyze data related to distributors, including market trends, competitors, pricing strategies, customer analysis, and more.
-Visualize project plans to ensure all departments have a clear understanding and alignment of tasks.
-Coordinate and handle assigned tasks to ensure project success.
-Prepare and analyze data for presentation to managers and executives to support decision-making and strategic direction.
Qualification
-Ability to manage projects and solve problems effectively.
-At least 1 year of experience in project coordination or project management, particularly in sales and business model development.
-Enjoy working in a flexible environment and thrive on challenges, preferring innovative solutions over traditional methods. Focus on presenting new ideas and finding solutions to improve marketing strategies.
-Proficient in Google Sheets with basic formulas (Pivot, VLOOKUP).
-Ability to create dashboards using Data Looker or Power BI.
-Experience working directly with senior management or executives.
-Experience in online sales platforms such as Facebook and Line OA.
