Lead and manage project teams, providing guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle.
Define project scopes, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring they align with organizational goals and client requirements.
Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation, to effectively manage project execution.
Coordinate and allocate resources, both internal and external, to ensure optimal project performance and delivery.
Monitor project progress, identifying and addressing any potential issues or risks that may impact project timelines or outcomes.
Foster effective communication and collaboration among project team members, stakeholders, and clients to facilitate project success.
Conduct regular project status meetings, providing updates and reports to stakeholders on project progress, risks, and mitigation strategies.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring their needs and expectations are understood and addressed.
Evaluate project outcomes against predefined metrics, conducting post-project reviews and implementing lessons learned for continuous improvement.

Knowledge

Bachelor's degree or Master's Degree in Veterinary Science, Animal Science, Business Administration, Industrials Engineering or other relevant field.
Proven experience as a Project Manager or similar role, preferably within a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Excellent skills in communication, presentation, interpersonal and coaching
Communicate and interact effectively with Executive and Senior Leadership level
