Available Positions:
1.Contract Manager
- Oversee project contracts, ensuring compliance and managing contractual risks.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in contract management in the construction sector
2.Construction Manager
- Lead and supervise all on-site construction activities, ensuring quality and safety standard.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in construction management, with a background in data centre or industrial construction.
3.Safety Manager
- Develop and implement safety policies and procedures, maintaining a safe work environment
- Minimum 5 years of experience in construction safety management.
4.Planning Manager
- Prepare and manage project schedules, coordinating with project stakeholders.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project planning, with expertise in scheduling software
5.Document Controller
- Manage and control project documents, ensuring accurate records and access ability
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a document controller in a construction
6.Site Inspector
- Conduct site inspections, ensuring work quality and compliance with specifications.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in site inspection, preferably in industrial or data Centre
