Project Manager (Cafe Business)

As a Project Manager of CJ caf business, you will play a crucial part in turning our CEO's vision - to strengthen product portfolio that can be served to all generations of consumers and can be accessible to everyone in Thailand, into reality. Key responsible areas include, but not limited to, creating a congruent goal alignment with relevant departments, tracking project milestones and progress to ensure adherence to the plan, and ensuring the successful implementation of any project launches. This is a valuable opportunity to make a meaningful contribution in strengthening caf assortment while improving the standard of living for the people in their communities.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement project to drive cafe business in accordance with the company's direction
• Track end-to-end project from conceptualization to deployment
• Identify creative solutions, manage critical path and contingency plan to achieve end results
• Optimize process workflows for maximum efficiency
• Cooperate with stakeholders in all internal processes to meet business requirements
• Communicate project status to relevant stakeholders

Qualifications:

• Age 30 40
• At least 7 years of work experience
• All backgrounds are welcome. Proven work experience in retail or caf business is a plus.
• Strong entrepreneurial mindset such as creative thinking, project management, analytical & problem-solving, etc.
• Proactive with a can-do attitude and always open to new challenges
• Ability to manage all stakeholders to achieve a common goal
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment and be able to work under pressure with high uncertainty
