About Our Client
Our client is a global technology solutions provider to the food & beverage processing industries.
Job Description
- Develop project plans and schedules to make sure projects are completed on time.
- Work with different teams (Sales/Applications, Engineering, Manufacturing, Purchasing) to assign tasks and coordinate activities.
- Keep customers informed and happy throughout the project, from start to finish.
- Check that everything is in order before delivering projects to customers.
- Coordinate project installations with service teams and contractors.
- Communicate well between teams to solve problems and keep projects on track.
- Manage suppliers and contractors to make sure everything runs smoothly.
- Keep an eye on project costs and manage any changes or extra work.
- Give feedback to different teams to improve our processes and customer satisfaction.
- Arrange visits for customers to our facilities and maintain good relationships with them.
- Handle any other tasks assigned by your supervisor.
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management.
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Experience in managing customer relationships and ensuring project success.
- PMP certification or equivalent is preferred.
