Designation : Project Manager
Experience : 6+ Years (Software Development experience is mandatory)
Roles & Responsibility
- Define the scope of the project
- Coordinate company resources and making sure that all projects are delivered on
schedule without compromising the quality
- Laying out communication strategies, and indicating tests and maintenance
- Creating a project budget and ensuring the project adheres to the budget
- Tracking milestones, deliverables, and change requests
- Able to plan the activity schedules of the team.
- Must set measurable goals that should define overall project's objective
Skill Set
- Expertise in project management methodologies
- Planning, forecasting & risk management
- Good working knowledge of project estimation techniques
- Experience in budgeting, tracking and monitoring
- Ability to negotiate, motivate & resolve conflicts
- Experience in software development
- Excellent technical knowledge
- Experience in project management tools, version control system, CI/CD pipeline etc
- Communication and interpersonal skills
