Technical project management experience leading and managing Transformation programs. The candidate should be fluent in Thai and English.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the project management activities including monitoring, tracking, and reporting the various aspects of the project
- Timely decision making and problem-solving skills to ensure adherence to quality project deliverables and timelines
- Ensure delivery complying to the best practises in project management, development principles, quality assurance, iterative and incremental development
- Manage agile teams
- Ongoing technical expertise and continual learning in latest Technical areas such as GenAI, chatbot, etc
- Diverse stakeholder management
- Track and report quality metrics, SLAs and KPIs
Qualifications
- Min 5 years of experience in managing and leading projects
- Min8+ years of IT industry experience
- Holistic experience across complete project lifecycle
- Experience in telecom domain preferred
- Proficiency in Thai (both written and spoken) & English
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
