- Develop and execute marketing plans to create market awareness and increase sales/marketing.
- Analyze the market and competition to propose suitable marketing strategies and tactics.
- Create and manage advertising, offline/online marketing, and promotional activities.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers, agents, and media.
- Analyze marketing performance and adjust marketing strategies based on analysis results.
Qualifications
- More than 5 years experience in a offline, online marketing preferably in the real estate industry.
- Skills in planning and executing effective marketing activities.
- Ability to analyze market data and competition.
- Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with customers and media agency
- Good command of English Communication
- Creativity and expertise in using technology and online marketing tools.
