Be responsible for sales volume of ready-mixed concrete, mortar, and green solution.
Perform database administration and analyze key account customer data in order to determine appropriate customer retention strategies and sales strategies.
Coordinate with internal and external parties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Business Administration, International Business, Marketing or other related fields.
At least 3 years of working experience in sales and marketing in building materials industry or construction-related fields in government or private sectors is a plus
Fully fluent in Chinese (Mandarin) and living in Thailand is preferred.
Proficient in English.
Proficient in MS Office programs.
Possess interpersonal, negotiation, communication and presentation skills.
Being service-minded and able to work under pressure.
Able to drive the car and driving license is required.
Able to be based in Chonburi and travel upcountry as assigned.
