Job Description: As a Scrum Master / Trainer, you play a crucial role in guiding and training scrum teams at our clients. You will work closely with various stakeholders, including product owners, developers, and business representatives, to implement effective and efficient agile practices. You are responsible for facilitating scrum events, resolving impediments, and coaching the teams in self-organization and continuous improvement.

Additionally, you have an important role as a trainer, where you provide training and workshops to enhance the knowledge and skills of team members and other stakeholders. You develop training materials and tailor them based on the needs of the participants. With your excellent communication skills and didactic qualities, you ensure effective knowledge transfer and contribute to the growth and development of our clients.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

Guide and coach scrum teams in their agile transformation.

Facilitate scrum events such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.

Identify and resolve impediments that affect the team's progress.

Train and coach team members and others in agile principles and scrum practices.

Provide courses and training to clients.

Develop and adapt training materials based on client needs.

Collaborate with stakeholders to achieve good collaboration between business and IT.

Profile:

At least 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master in a professional environment.

Proven experience in training and coaching teams.

In-depth knowledge of agile practices, scrum principles, and agile transformations.

Excellent communication skills and a passion for knowledge transfer.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Certifications such as PSM-I are a plus.

Flexibility and adaptability to work in different organizations and sectors.
