Property Advisor

OB DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for highly motivated individuals with a sales orientation. We have an in-house training program for people who do not have a real estate background.

We are hiring for the following roles:

1. Associate Property Advisors - Any graduate (Engineering/or any other graduation) (Male only)

LOCATION : Bangalore, Mumbai

COST TO COMPANY FOR FULL TIME EMPLOYMENT:

TOTAL EXPECTED CTC- 4, 80, 000 INR Per Annum

(i.e.:3, 00, 000 Fixed amount + 1, 80,000 variable amount)

*TWO WHEELER MANDATORY*

The variable pay / Incentives: Start at 15,000 INR per month (potential 1, 80, 000 per annum)Incentive increases Based on Performance

( There will be a unpaid training of 10 days (In-house and Field training) followed by a written test and presentation, post which the student will be employed on a permanent basis.)

2. Property Advisors - MBA & PGDM Students (Male only)

LOCATION : Bangalore, Mumbai

COST TO COMPANY FOR FULL TIME EMPLOYMENT:

TOTAL EXPECTED CTC- 5, 16, 000 INR Per Annum

(i.e.:3, 36, 000 Fixed amount + 1, 80,000 variable amount)
