In Thailand, we have cultivated a close-knit and highly talented team that has laid a strong foundation for our business. We are now on the search for a Account Manager to advance our growth.
Your responsibilities would include:
- Manage a portfolio of accounts, ensuring high level of client satisfaction
- Develop new business proposals and be involved in pitching and growing clientele
- Actively seek out networking and new business opportunities
- Plan and execute communications strategies - PR, social media marketing, owned and earned content
- Cultivate strong relationships with, and build a network of key media, spokespeople and influencers
- Act as point of contact for client on day-to-day activation e.g. reviewing, securing approvals and monitoring work progress
- Develop and sustain a deep understanding of the client's business, industry, and trends
- Manage and mentor junior team members
- Maintain timelines and ensure delivery of key milestones including presentations, approvals, and production
- Planning, editing, and writing content for a variety of external and internal communications channels
- Immersing yourself in all things media from the latest movers to monitoring the daily news agenda, and more.
We want YOU if you are:
- Strong PR/ integrated communications background
- Have 4-6 years of experience in the PR agency space preferably working with Hospitality / Lifestyle etc.
- Proven track record of effective management of several accounts
- Excellent attention to detail, with a process driven approach
- Strong media relations
- Strong organisation and time management skills, with the ability to juggle a number of projects and tasks simultaneously and consistently deliver high quality work to tight deadlines
