We are looking for a purchasing officer to manage and procure the various supplies needed for our operations. If you have experience in purchasing and negotiating with suppliers, this is the perfect opportunity for you to contribute to a dynamic team!
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and compare prices, as well as negotiate supply items with new and existing suppliers.
- Issue purchase orders and coordinate between suppliers and internal departments to ensure timely delivery.
- Plan and manage the procurement of supplies to meet operational needs.
- Oversee the purchasing of office supplies, materials, and packaging, and follow up on order statuses.
- Prepare and maintain detailed monthly reports on supply purchasing.
- Handle all purchasing-related documents and contracts efficiently.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in a relevant field.
- 1-3 years of supply purchasing experience.
- Experience with office or operational supplies is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Experience using SAP or other procurement systems is a plus.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
