QA Engineer works as a team to deliver a quality of products and services to meet the client's expectations with support from the Senior QA Engineer.
Report to: Engineering Lead
What you will do
- Works as a QA in the project team.
- Self-management on QA Activities in the project align with the test plan.
- Analyze business requirements, uncover any gaps in requirements, and estimation of the testing effort.
- Design and create test cases and/or test checklists and reviews test cases with teammate.
- Execute tests, raise issues with defect analysis, and provide test report.
- Investigating and support UAT/Production issues at the project team.
- Support the release and the deployment until they are successful.
- Good analytical skills to solve problems at the project team.
- Adapt to a fast-changing and evolving dynamic environment.
- Help to design, develop and/or execute any area of automation testing.
What you will need
- Understand Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Experience in requirement analysis, design and create test cases, bug report, and test report
- Experience in Frontend Testing. (Mobile, Web)
- Experience in Backend Testing (API).
- Understand software architecture and the related of front-end and backend.
- Familiar with Debugging tools (Proxyman / Burp / Charles proxy)
- Familiar with API Testing tools (Postman)
Who you are
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in a quality assurance position.
- Good communication skills in writing, speaking, listening, and ability to relate well with others.
- Good logical thinking, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor degree in Engineering or related field.
