About the Company:
FlowAccount is seeking an experienced and motivated QA Manager to lead our team of QA Engineers and drive quality assurance initiatives for our SaaS platform. With a focus on streamlining QA processes and ensuring high standards of quality and reliability, you'll guide the QA team in planning, executing, and enhancing our testing strategies across projects, including advancing E2E automation for mobile applications.
About the Role:
As QA Manager, you'll oversee the entire quality assurance process for FlowAccount's SaaS software, coordinating test schedules, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and providing mentorship to the QA team. You'll ensure that our automation-first approach is consistently applied, and you'll guide the team in optimizing and expanding E2E testing for mobile applications.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the QA team in executing comprehensive automation testing strategies across web and mobile applications.
- Develop, own, and maintain the QA test schedule, ensuring project and release alignment.
- Establish an estimation process for QA efforts across projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish and uphold automation testing standards and ensure high-quality software delivery.
- Conduct regular audits of the automated testing processes, identifying areas for improvement and ensuring alignment with best practices.
- Track and report quality metrics, providing stakeholders with regular updates on product quality and testing effectiveness.
- Mentor and develop the QA team, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.

- Docker & ASP.net Core integration tests for CI/CD and low-level testing
Experience and Skills:
- At least 8 years of experience in QA, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Strong understanding of QA methodologies, including test planning and estimation.
- Proven experience with E2E automation, especially for mobile applications.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and collaboration tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
- Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
