Job Description:
- Work with the business and development team to help define, implement, and maintain quality standards
- Understand of overall requirement and design including E2E Customer Journey & Business Rules to deliver master test plan (test scope, strategy & approach).
- Plan & Develop Test cases and scenarios and perform test preparation (test data, test environment, etc.) together with related product managers.
- Execute E2E test cases, log quality defect with correct severity and deliver test artifacts for a function / module, analyze test case failures, and perform root cause analysis and lead daily defect meeting.
- Accountable for software quality for all testing aspects (e.g. functional, performance) and help to identify weakness in products
- Work in an agile (Scrum) development environment which require participation from product design to product delivery
- Pro-actively research and determine industry best practices in software testing
Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Computer Engineering, Computer Science or have experience in mobile application testing.
- Experience in Mobile banking, e- Wallet or financial mobile app is advantage.
- 2-3 years of professional experience in software testing or mobile banking app. Is advantage.
- Experience of software testing best practices
- Agile environments and practices, such as Test-Driven Development, and Continuous Integration and Delivery is plus
- Able to perform PVT test in nighttime or overnight
- Can communicate in English.
- Open mind to learn new things.
- Experience in test automation framework is an advantage
