Quality Assurance Specialist (Manual Test)

Work Location: Empire Tower, BTS Chong Non Sri (Work on site 100%)

Job Scope:

• Execute manual test cases and report defects in clear details.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to understand complex software systems and identify root causes of defects.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, user acceptance testing (UAT), and End-To-End testing.
• Provide reports on testing activities, including testing progress, defect status, and test coverage.
• Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives as part of the Agile/Scrum team.
• Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to discuss and resolve issues.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the QA process.

Qualification:

• Any Degrees in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, IT or related fields.
• 3-5 years of experience in software testing or a similar role.
• Experience in manual testing of web, mobile, and API
• Excellent in testing technique implementation
• Self-improvement/motivation, result-driven mindset
• Effective communication in English
• Knowledge of the specific domain the software application is being developed for (e.g., finance, healthcare, e-commerce) is often a plus.
• Experience of these following tools/framework are plus (Postman, Jmeter, Robot Framework, Selenium, Appium, Page Object Model, Test Pyramid, Bamboo CI, Jenkins, Jira)
