Remobie is looking for an associate manager to oversee the quality control operations, and manage a team of 20+ individuals. This role directly reports to the COO.
You daily activities include:
- Planning work capacity and agent shifts according to the order volume
- Managing agents to achieve productivity and accuracy targets on daily basis
- Ensuring agents to adhere to quality control SOPs
- Improving quality control workflows to drive better agent productivity on ad-hoc basis
- Collaborating with other functions to ensure seamless inventory flows
- Being responsible for all other quality control related matters.
What we are looking for:
- Bachelor's degree or higher, and professional training in business management, supply chain management, or engineering
- Strong people manager,
- Detail-oriented,
- Analytical thinker with the ability to be hands on,
- Leadership/ability to influence,
- Excellent interpersonal, facilitation, coaching, communication and
- Fluency in Thai and English.
