Highly skilled Quality engineer responsible to ensure standards and compliance for a conversational AI solution in the telecom Industry. Candidate should have strong understanding of QA methodologies and experience in testing conversational AI systems. Proficiency in Thai and English language is essential for this role.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for conversational AI application
- Perform manual and automated testing to identify defects and ensure quality
- Provide feedback on conversational flow language and user experience
- Conduct root cause analysis of defects and work with development team to resolve issues
- Track and report quality metrics and KPIs
- Good to have experience with automation testing in conversation space.
Qualifications
- Min 2 years of experience in Conversational AI application quality management
- Min3 years of IT industry experience
- Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and best practices
- Experience in telecom domain preferred
- Proficiency in Thai (both written and spoken) & English
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
