Job Purpose
QA Specialist is accountable for complaints management and handling. Ensure responsiveness meets customer and internal customer requirements, provides solutions with effective actions. Consider continually improvement and perform activities complies with HES standard. HSE
- Set priority on safety, while working on equipment and make sure equipment is safe to operate
- Comply with HSE&S AKZONOBEL standard and regulatory Quality
- Complaint verification
- Complaint investigation
- Complaint management Continuous improvement
- Initiated and executed the improvement projects that related to APLS
Job Responsibilities

- Acts as an ambassador and creates an open environment in which the team as a whole and its members individually can perform at their best.
- Sets objectives for team members, reviews development and provides clear, open and constructive feedback on performance combined with the appropriate actions.
- Ensures reporting line is fully informed and acts in line with HSE and Compliance regulations.
- Proactively manages costs.
- Reports on progress on a continuous base.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or any related field.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in QA, QC job in chemical industry is an advantage.
- Good knowledge in requirement ISO 9001.
- Leadership & supervisor skills.
- Good personality, service-minded, enthusiastic, and hard-working.
- Good command of the English language with computer proficiency.
