Quality Manager

Job Description

1. To lead the entire team and functions of Quality.

2. To develop the existing Lab facility into NABL certified facility with the upgradation of infrastructure, Skill set of man force & development quality system documents and SOPS.

3. To prepare a day to day plan for testing of RM, Packaging, In process & Finished goods and developing the internal standard parameters of quality.

4. To set and develop the process for different products of company and bring efficiency in their yield and quality.

5. To create an awareness in organization towards quality culture and quality assurance.

6. To coordinate with CFT team for quality issues and implementation of CAPA.

7. To develop new products for bringing more segments of products which is enhancing the company's overall profitability and assist the sales team for beating the competition.

8. To manage overall R&D and Quality system of the organization and also to introduce the latest online quality mentoring and documentation system.
