Role Description

This is a contract role for a Commission Sales Associate at FazWaz. As a Commission Sales Associate, you will be responsible for selling and renting properties, building relationships with clients, and providing exceptional customer service. Your day-to-day tasks will include prospecting for new clients, conducting property tours, negotiating contracts, and managing the sales process. This is a hybrid role, with the majority of the work being located in Pattaya.

Qualifications

• Sales and Negotiation skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of the real estate market and property sales process
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Self-motivated and target-driven
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
• Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
• Prior experience in real estate sales or customer service is beneficial
