A growing real estate company is seeking for Real Estate expert specialized in selling properties in Phuket. The company will provide all the necessary learning materials and the base of properties for easier integration.

Responsibilities

Highly professional contacts of pre-qualified leads

Work in CRM system

Sales plan fulfillment

Projects inspections

Keeping the knowledge of projects up to date

Skills and Qualifications

English c1-c2 speaker

• French/Spanish/Italian/German/Arabic/Chinese - c1-c2 speaker

Previous experience in the real estate industry is preferred, but not required

Driver's license and own/rented car is necessary

Must have the following sales characteristics: positive attitude, professional, organized, disciplined, adaptive, and proficient in the sales process, negotiation, objection handling, and deal closing

Salary conditions

Our commission is based on sales plan performance and starts from 30%, we provide 4-5 warm leads a day. We make work permit after the probation period of 3 months.
