Responsibilities:
- Serves Visitors By Greeting, Welcoming, And Directing Them Appropriately.
- Informs Visitors By Answering Or Referring Inquiries.
- Maintains Security And Telecommunications System.
- Prepare Correspondence And Documents.
- Answer Incoming Phone Calls, Provide Information For Callers, And Distribute Calls And Messages To Appropriate Persons In A Timely Manner.
- Provide General Administrative And Clerical Support.
