Greet and assist all residents and visitors throughout the day, maintaining at all times the highest levels of helpfulness and friendliness
Monitor their needs and respond to service related emergencies as needed
Promote positive and proactive resident relations by working to make the living experience the highest quality
Work with the management team to achieve excellence in the delivery of services to residents and their visitors and identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience
Responsible for telephone line answering and service requests
Able to provide general information regarding the property and its surrounding to residents and visitors and assist with booking of services if required
Comply with all safety policies and procedures relating to performance of tasks and/or use of supplies
Perform other duties and ad hoc admin assignments
Act as eyes and ears in absence of Management staff
