Job Description

  • Manage the front desk and lobby area
  • Greet and assist all residents and visitors throughout the day, maintaining at all times the highest levels of helpfulness and friendliness
  • Monitor their needs and respond to service related emergencies as needed
  • Promote positive and proactive resident relations by working to make the living experience the highest quality
  • Work with the management team to achieve excellence in the delivery of services to residents and their visitors and identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience
  • Responsible for telephone line answering and service requests
  • Able to provide general information regarding the property and its surrounding to residents and visitors and assist with booking of services if required
  • Comply with all safety policies and procedures relating to performance of tasks and/or use of supplies
  • Perform other duties and ad hoc admin assignments
  • Act as eyes and ears in absence of Management staff
