Actively involved in Talent Acquisition using Job Postings, Portals, Networking tools
Coordination with empaneled consultants & driving expected deliveries on Open Positions
Scheduling & Conducting Interviews, and Selection process.
Coordination with respective team leads for feedbacks.
Closing the positions within due time
Induction
Introducing new team members to Aurum culture
Provide support to team members in various HR related topics such as leaves, compensation, etc. and resolve issues and problems.
Monitoring induction process from HOD as schedule prepared.
Documentation
Process, Verify & Maintain documentations related to HR activities.
Maintain Team Member files and records in electronic and paper form.
Onboarding Team Members in HRIS (ERP) System
Onboarding
Collection of relevant information from team members.
Onboarding Team Members in HRIS System
Coordinating with the Admin & IT team for Issuing Asset and Seating
Adding team members Attendance systems (Biometric, ERP, etc.)
Adding team members in Mediclaim & GPA
Other HR Operations
Exit formalities like responsibility handover, exit interviews, etc.
Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies and procedures.
Identify ways to improve policies and procedures.
Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems.
