Recruiter to join our recruitment team. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to manage the full recruitment lifecycle across a variety of roles, including technical, marketing, and non-technical positions, with experience in hunting top-tier specialists. Experience in the

Job Description
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process.
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract candidates across multiple channels.
- Conduct thorough candidate interviews and assessments.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and hiring needs.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future roles.
- Provide insights on market trends, salary benchmarking, and talent availability.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Prepare and present candidate profiles to hiring teams in a professional manner.
- Maintain recruitment metrics and provide regular updates on hiring progress.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in recruitment
- Proven track record of successful placements in various industries.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa and English, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
