We are Looking for skilled and experienced recruiters to join our team. The successful candidates will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates for our clients in a timely and efficient manner. The ideal candidate will have at least 6 months to 1 year of experience in HR consultancy.
Responsibilities:
- Conducting interviews with job candidates and assessing their qualifications and skills.
- Building and maintaining a candidate database through various sources such as job portals, social media, and networking events.
- Screening resumes and shortlisting candidates for various job openings.
- Coordinating and scheduling interviews with clients and candidates.
- Maintaining communication with candidates throughout the hiring process and providing feedback.
- Negotiating job offers and salary packages with candidates.
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients and understanding their hiring needs and requirements.
- Providing regular updates to clients and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- At least 6 months to 1 year of experience in HR consultancy as a recruiter.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Knowledge of various recruitment techniques and tools.
- Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software.
